Data gathering is auditory only (no cameras) and focused on care-related activities.
No “live” monitoring is enabled or involved, data is sent to Be Well.
Data privacy practices comply with HIPAA and ISO27001.
The easy-to-understand Be Well Care Report contains insights and recommendations on the data gathered and are sent with full transparency to all care-related occurrences found.
These Care Reports will include highlights of issues or concerns, insights and recommendations from the data with a timeline of events, notable events, and our recommended next steps. The Be Well Care Report can also be sent to others on the care team, as preferred.
PREVENT
Identifying patterns of activity that may lead to more serious problems.
Medical Alerts
If we receive a non-urgent notification that is medical in nature, we’ll move up the next appointment or we’ll address it during the next regularly scheduled appointment time. These alerts will be included in the Be Well Care Report. Be Well will address any urgent notifications in the event of a fall, cry for help or EMS.
Non-Medical and Non-Urgent Medical Alerts
All other notifications will be communicated in the Be Well MD Care Report.
